V3 Technology Solutions, Inc. knows how much of a problem the growing threat of computer viruses is to our customers. We continue to stay up to date on the ever changing stage of malicious software, which means we have the latest tools to help fight the problem. Unfortunately we know that there is still the chance our customer's computer may become infected, that being said V3 follows a check list whenever a computer is picked up or dropped off for us to diagnose.

What V3 will do:

Troubleshoot computer symptoms

Run scans and remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on infected computer

Fix any operating systems issues such as blue screens, boot issues, or any other problems

Apply any and all critical updates

Test operating system for any other known problems

V3 will provide an estimate for any hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) should it be needed to provide a resolution to any computer symptoms

Data will be backed up on external media until computer is operational
